I guess it's about time I posted my diet to the forum - it's a kind of commitment for me to clean up!I have already lost 10lbs using something similar although was letting myself go at the weekends still with a full cheat day.I am looking to loose at least another 10lbs using this again but losing the cheat day/nights out partying.

Meal one:1oz oatmeal+1tsp peanut butter,1 lo-fat yogurt,1 whole egg + 1 egg white.
Meal two:8oz lo-fat cottage cheese + 1 apple
Meal three:6oz tinned tuna + 4 oz baked potato + salad
Meal four : protein shake/6oz tuna/8oz cott cheese + 1 apple
Meal five:8oz cooked turkey + 3oz baked potato + green beans
Meal six:1oz oatmearl + 1tsp peanut butter,1 lo-fat lo-sugar yogurt

I aim for around 1800kcals per day and cycle 2x20mins per day to work & back.I lift 4 days per week.

Any criticism accepted - I also have to work within a very limited budget.
