Hey guys and ladies. Stats: 27,6'0",225, around 20% bf. I want to get down to atleast 15 or under. I lift 5 days a week and cardio I started about 3-4 days a week after lifting. Usually 15-20 min on the stairmaster. I'll tell you what I started eating and just critique it and give helpful advice or tell me if you think it's pretty good.
I work 3rd shift. So 10p-6a.

1st meal(9:00p)
6 egg whites 1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats with 1 cup water

2nd meal(11:30-12)
7oz chicken
2 cups of mustard greens

3rd meal(3:00a)
7oz chicken
2 cups of mustard greens

(5:00-5:30a)
30g protein shake

Get off work at 6 workout @6:30

Pwo-30g protein shake

Within 1 hour of getting home from gym usually have 6 egg whites 1 whole egg 2 cups of greens

I also snack on almonds(unsalted) between meals and drink a gallon of water a day. I believe this is all my info. Look decent? Btw I'm very very carb sensitive. That is why my main carb meal is my 1st and it's oats. Rest of the carbs come from the almonds(few) and the greens. I feel fine on this. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Thanks.

Sorry bro's. been busy with work and the gym. I'll get the macros tomorrow. But the cals are around 1900. I'll get exact numbers tomorrow.

1900 cals is something like 1000 cals below maintaining your current body weight at 220. Your food selection looks very solid but you might want to go 500 to 700 below maintenance or you risk losing a ton of strength/muscle. Just my humble opinion. You could easily add an extra 200-300 cals with throwing in some greek yogurt or cottage cheese after the last meal you listed. Some solid food before hittin the bed.
