My stats are 5'8, 160 lbs, and have been seriously training for 3 years. I plan on doing a anavar only cutting cycle beginning in April. I would like to drop down to about 5% body fat. I presently do not run, but plan on running on a daily basis once i start cutting. My big question is how many cals/carbs/g of protein should i consume daily to achieve this goal? Any imput is greatly appriciated.
