Approved Log My Cardarine + cardazol +TRT cutting cycle Log

Yeah I started the bottle. Also I did cut the fruits. I replaced my morning apple with 1/3 cup of oatmeal. Should I keep the oatmeal?

Also I cut the starchy veggies for lunch and replaced it with some more protein. So right now I’m just having 1 banana post-workout and 2 servings of beans a day.
you can keep oatmeal in am bro thats fine
 
When you are talking about fruits and carbs, it all comes down to how much you are eating. Fruit is obviously a much better option than some other carbs but it is also easy to overeat some of them. Just comes down to you. For me, I like having fruit and veggies in my diet for all the vitamins and minerals.

Just finished legs and abs

20 min light cardio preworkout

  • Bb squats 205lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Dumbbell deadlifts 60bs up 5lbs 4x8
  • Incline calve presses 220lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 3x12 up in reps
  • Seated isolation leg extensions 40lbs 3x12 up in reps
  • Laying hamstring curls 75lbs 3x15 up in reps drop set 40lbs up 5lbs 1x20
  • Smith machine calve raises 110lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Cable pull throughs 60lbs 4x15 up in reps
Ab work after. My upper abs are being stubborn.

Post workout before I started abs.

I didn’t have time to do post workout cardio I had some appointments this afternoon to take care of.

I’m at 4 caps of cardazol on training days. I kinda feel more energetic. Today I kinda felt sluggish.
