20 min light cardio preworkout
- Bb squats 205lbs 4x12 up in reps
- Dumbbell deadlifts 60bs up 5lbs 4x8
- Incline calve presses 220lbs 4x15 up in reps
- Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 3x12 up in reps
- Seated isolation leg extensions 40lbs 3x12 up in reps
- Laying hamstring curls 75lbs 3x15 up in reps drop set 40lbs up 5lbs 1x20
- Smith machine calve raises 110lbs 4x15 up in reps
- Cable pull throughs 60lbs 4x15 up in reps
Ab work after. My upper abs are being stubborn.
Post workout before I started abs.
