Diet for 2nd cycle

This is a little long but I'm trying to get some advice for second cycle. Made good gains on first eating this way but think I could stand to eat a little more. Need some advice on how to improve this.
Info 6 foot, 195, low bf(%?), looking for size
1-4 Test 250, deca 200, dbol 20/ed
5-8 test250,deca200
9 test250

Here's my diet:

1. Double micro cheese burger on multigrainbread
43 pro, 40 carb, 15 fat, 640 cal
2. 7oz Tuna light mayo
49 pro, 2 carb, 5 fat, 260 cal
3. chicken breast
36 pro, 0 carb, 7 fat, 210 cal
4. Pre workout shake
46 pro,, 4 carb, no fat, 220 cal
5. Recover shake and spoon raw honey
55 pro, 29 carb, 18 fat, 528 cal
6. Dinner (different here's example)
40 pro, 50 carb, 10 fat, 450 cal
7. can chilli 3 slice turkey
40 pro, 25 carb, 16 fat, 275 cal
8. Night shake at bed
40 pro, 2 carb, 2 fat, 190 cal

Ramen noodle some time during am
50 carb, 380 cal
Couple peices fruit during PM
??????

Green Tea only cal. including drink daily

This gives me 343 pro, pushing 300 maybe carb, and 73 fat

What do I need or how can I change this for more cal. and carbs. I think I only got like 4000 cal.

Having trouble adding cause I'm always full!!!!!

your carbs are way to low.if you want pure size each meal should have a fair amount of carbs. try to get 60-80g protein, 70-90g carbs, fat i take no more then 25g each meal. do taht 6-8 times a day and your good

If I'm crazy full, to add carbs what has alot with out filling you up?? Maybe nuts?
 
The best thing I've found is to try and eat a couple slices of whole wheat bread with everything. In your example, I would use a couple of slices to suck down that tuna and a couple of slices to soak up the juice from the chicken. It isn't really that bad and has made a world of difference for me. Obviously, if you can stomach it, try eating brown rice mixed in with the tuna. Its fucking gross but you will pack on the pounds. Hope it helps.

Thanx Bro, the bread sounds workable.
 
id say force it down. eat everything rice,beans, potatoes,yams, pasta,oats, bagles. screw the bread and stuff. i dont even see any meat. forget tuna now, youll get enough when your dieting, eat big. but if what you have is all you can do, at least double it.
