squatted 495 for 3 last week in just a belt as well

prob my forth dead workout in as many months.. 585 for a triple off the floor about a month ago.
really needed time off but i think im done being a pussy now. ive got some awesome new equipment at my gym now so im really motivated to lift because of the cool shit i have to use now. Ill start video taping again soon so you guys will get to see what im talking about and let me tell you, some of you are going to be veeery jealous lol.
