a nice variation on the shoulder day
just make sure you warm up really good
Most definitely bro I don't write it down but the first thing I do is grab 2x5kg dumbells and do 2 sets of 20 front raise and side raise before my 3 sets of warm up press.. I have had shoulder impingement before and it was a pain in the ass to get rid of so I am very cautious with my shoulders
