wanted to squat, but my back is in no shape. i have no idea when im going to be able to train legs or back heavy again, this sucks. if im not good by the end of the week im going to a ciropractor
 
Dave,

Been skimming over your log.. I assume you train alone, but not always? Where do you suggest someone who lifts alone starts in regards to power lifting? I like the 3 days routine and the simplicity of your routine.. I just cant seem to see myself breaking any plateau's without a spotter.. My girl will not oblige.

i do not train alone, we help each other out and the way we train we HAVE to have a couple guys. if you cant get a training partner just do the majority of your heavy lifting in a power rack with safety pins.
