So after the Sunday arm session I took Monday night off,then got back into my routine for a shoulder blast last night but my mate Adrian tagged along which was good as he has had a couple month off gym but still has the mentality of training like a beast he just fails in consistently and that's why he needs the marshmonsta to get him back fully pumping again which won't take long at all.

My friend is not lifting anything mega weight wise as he is not in a good way and i really had know idea as i reached out when I could but never got replied to for the past 3 months,it was actually him who reached out to me yesterday and I understood that he was in severe trouble,drug dealing,fighting with his GF who just had an abortion with his twins and was that depressed he tried taking his own life and ended up in hospital....long story short mental health is no joke and I'm going to do what it takes everyday to nurse this guy back to his original state both physically and mentally,that's what brothers of the iron do for eachother and I don't care how much extra work or time it takes from my life...when poeple are at their weakest and your at your strongest it's your duty to help them and bring them up and he would do the same if he could for others,so this is my new challenge or mission ahead and the only option for me is to succeed!
