Grip gave out on rack pulls today. Terribly frustrating as the rest of my body coulda pulled more. 1st time its become an issue. I guess its time for some plate pinches

yeah, im about four weeks out now so i need to get the hips up to speed. Yeah its infuriating isnt it?? I would get some grip tools along with plate pinches. Ive been using Tyler Grips for a while now and they help, check them out.. TYLERGRIP - A Revolution in Strength Training
