supposed to squat tonight too but my back is torched from squats/deads earlier in the week. I need to work my way into this routine and not push it or ill overtrain or worse get hurt. Its a Russian peaking program that will take me into late march where im doing to small tune up meet before the nationals in July.

Im doing hardly any assistance work right now. Getting back to squatting/benching heavy twice a week AND deadlifting heavy once a week is really tough. I dont want to over do it right now, once i get accustomed to the high volume again ill be making big gains in the next few weeks hopefully and adding assistance work for my weaknesses.

heavier sets are getting much easier like they should, its a good way for me to gauge my progress. If the movements are getting easier the more sets I do i know my body is getting used to the volume.

We seem to be fairly comparible in strength so I am looking forward to see how this works for you, I may try alittle of this.
 
eating like 5k roughly, going to step it up alot in the next few weeks. Im competing again the end of march so i need to start packing some mass back on. And ill start shooting some more vids, as soon as i start lifting heavy again :evil: havent really been doing anything worth posting for a while
