Cutting diet critique

7am-5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal
11am-8oz chicken, 1/2 cup almonds, 1 Greek yogurt or 2 yoplait light yogurts
230pm- 2 rice cake
7pm- 8oz chicken, 1/2 cup rice or a medium sweat potato
9/10pm ish- post workout carnivore beef isolate protein shake
Supplements before breakfast one hardcore elite hydroxicut pill, 2g cla before breakfast, before lunch another hydroxicut, and preworkout a random preworkout and 2g niacin.(flush kind) what do you think of this?
And body weight 260, 5ft11in, bodyfat unknown(waist is a 34 so I'm guessing 25% and dropping)
 
IMO, things look pretty good for the most part. Would you mind showing me what your macro breakdown is with total calories.

5'11, 260, and 25% body fat means you have a pretty good base under there. You want to make sure your calories are not too low. You want to burn fat, not muscle. Try to have a 500 calorie deficit each day, and that should lead to about a pound or more of weight loss a week.

I am not a fan of yoplait yogurt at all.. think they are just mostly sugar for the most part. I'd substitute a fruit there like an apple instead. Also, the 8 oz of chicken in your second meal should provide more than enough protein for that meal.. so i don't see a need for the greek yogurt.

Get some protein in your 3rd meal, either a shake or a can of tuna.. something. A protein shake with rice cakes topped with peanut butter isn't a bad idea.

Get a bit of carbs in your post workout meal.. nothing to drastic because it is at night. A banana would work well I believe. Then about an hour after that shake.. get some slow digesting protein in you, like casein or cottage cheese.

As far a supplements.. CLA is great. Is the Hydroxy-cut the diet pill, or the fat burner? Other good supplements for cutting would include BCAAs, HMB, and L-Carnatine
