today trained: back
total: 6 sets for lats, 8 sets for inner back and rear delts

v bar pull downs 405X5
reverse grip pull down 385X6
V bar cable row 405X9, 411X6
wide grip cable row with lat pull down bar (strict form): 374X7
Notes: recovery has weakened and im getting fukin sore the next day,
energy in the gym has been shit and ive been forcing every set
, my appetite also has crashed for some reason an i been force feeding
gained a little fat lately sinc eim trying to keep calories high and maintain my size
