letro .75mg EOD 8 weeks
T3 25mg ED, weeks 2-8
Workout split
DAY 1: legs, abs
DAY 2: biceps, traps, middle deltoid, calves, forearms
DAY 3: rest
DAY 4: back
DAT 5: chest, abs
DAY 6: rest or repeat (by time im mid way through cycle doubt ill need a rest day)
