okay so it that time, springs coming up and i wanna be in good shape for summer

5'10, 226 pounds, bf% 10

CYCLE

test cyp 500mg wk/ 8 weeks
tren eth 350mg wk/ 8 weeks
letro .75mg EOD 8 weeks
T3 25mg ED, weeks 2-8

Workout split

DAY 1: legs, abs
DAY 2: biceps, traps, middle deltoid, calves, forearms
DAY 3: rest
DAY 4: back
DAT 5: chest, abs
DAY 6: rest or repeat (by time im mid way through cycle doubt ill need a rest day)

not going to outline my workouts, they always change so theres no point drawing them up

Nutrition

going to be carb cycling

Day 1: medium carbs
Day 2: High carbs
Day 3: low carbs
Day 4: low carbs
Day 5: medium carbs
Day 6: low carbs

carb intake
low carb: day 300 grams carbs
medium carb day 350 grams carbs
high carb day 550 grams carbs

Protein intake constant at 500-550 grams a day

Fat intake constant 60 grams a day
