Critique my Cutting Diet.

Hey guys. I have a few weeks left on my current cycle and want to get shredded now.

I am around 10% or a little less bodyfat, weighing around 208lbs.

My cycle right now is Test E 300mg e/w, Tren Ace 100mg e/o/d, Anavar 50mg e/d, Clenbuterol

6:00 AM: 60 grams whey protein mixed with 20 grams carbs of Oatmeal made with water
8:30 AM: 6 egg whites, 1 yolk
11:30AM: 1 serving chicken breast, 1 medium sweet potato
2:30 PM: 1 serving chicken breast
5:30 PM: Chicken breast, salmon, or lean beef. Either 1 sweet potato, 1 serving brown rice, or 1 serving whole wheat pasta (no sauce or butter). Veggies
Workout
8:30 PM: Post-workout shake. 60 grams whey protein mixed with 25 grams carbs from oatmeal and 1 banana made with skim milk
11:00PM: 50 grams whey protein
Sleep

My goals are to lose bodyfat while also gaining some mass. I know the mass might not be much and the bodyfat might not be much either because of this diet, but with the AAS I'm using I think it can work. What do you guys think? Maybe more veggies huh? I can maybe make a veggie omelette for my 8:30 meal.

Thanks dudes.

i would drop the potatoes, rice, and pasta and just use green veggies for carbs other than the oats first meal. throw in a few handfulls of nuts between some of the meals to keep you going.

Ok man, I trust your advice since you've been at this for some time.

Do I need carbs post workout?

This will be tough since my appetite is through the roof. Any suggestions on suppressing my appetite?

Thanks brother.

Also, Joe...what about carb re-feeds? Drop the whole idea or should I be re-feeding every 4 days or so?

Thanks man, appreciate it.

just a shake post w/o should be enough for carbs. the re-feed wouldnt be a bad idea. use the fiberous veggies and nuts to help with hunger. your on a nice cycle to preserve mass so going hungry to an extent will be ok providing your still getting your protein.

Ok, thanks man.

I get in probably 400 grams of protein a day so yeah, I'm getting close to 2grams per body weight lb.

I will see how long I can go with such low carbs before I need a re-feed. Even the re-feed day, I'll try not to go crazy and to keep them with complex carbs such as sweet potatos and whole wheat pasta.

Thanks brother, appreciate it.

sounds like a good plan.

any time.

A couple of things.

When cutting you only need 1-1.2x bodyweight in protein. You are getting almost 800 calories you don't need from unnecessary protein. You cold go to 1.5x, but you aren't going to see much benefit.

I think it's a good clean diet, but I think you may be disappointed at the fat loss results to it. Mine looked similar when I was at 10%. It didn't happen for me with that style diet. Dropping under 10% for most people calls for a drastic means. This diet is not so...

-I'd shoot for about 30-35g protein per meal, if you are going to proceed with this diet.
-Drop the banana and milk... you don't need it

At 10%, to drop under and gain LBM also calls for intuitive dieting. Rebound approach is the only way I have found to do it. Diet 4 days, rebound mass 3 days, repeat.

On this course, you won't need a re-feed. Maybe a medium sized cheat meal once per week,

I;d like to know about your training routine. Much of your diet should revolve around your training style/volume/etc.

Like I said. That's a clean diet. Good for someone trying to go from 18 % to 12%, I don't think it would work for you, but that's just my opinion and from experience.

I thought about it a little more... If you want to keep this style diet, I have an idea... but really need to see your training schedule.

you may be right. considering his statements of starving on the current diet plan, wanting to try to build a little more muscle as he is cutting, and the cycle he is on it seems verry likely to me that this diet will do fine. milk and banannas may bloat a lot of people, but for how long? people are scared of a little bloat as if its fat. it only takes a day or 2 to lose. if the milk and bananna are helping preserve mass and they are in fact good for you why cut them? this new anti milk and fruit wave is killing me. milk and fruit have always been and always will be a huge contributor to a bb'ers diet.

Milk and Fruit in my opinion is fantastic during bulking and maintenance. But the sugars from milk(lactose) and the sucrose/fructose mix from fruit can be hazardous to a shred out... even in smaller doses. That's why as a matter of habit, I just cut them out of the main portion of the diet. When I do a re-feed I incorporate milk and fruit at moderate doses. I love eating fruit on a lean bulk or maintenance (3 pieces a day or so). For cutting much better to get the nutrients from stuff like freeze dried superfood.

The other part of the milk thing is obviously bloat. Some people bloat a lot, some people bloat a little, some don't bloat at all. But when you have your diet down to detail mode... you throw weight out the window, calipers can be ineffective, mirror is best judge of progress. If you are bloated it it can skew your perception of progress. At some point dieting down under 10% becomes a game of inches and small diet tweaks to push through. The better you can see changes, the better you can make them.

Sonic, could you give some examples of this please? You seem like the cutting genious....

And Conan, youre looking swell brother. Hows the tren treating you? You looking GRAINY!?

Ill tell you what man..(Sonic correct me if im wrong) chromium really suppresses my appetite. I am not sure why, but I take that along with conjugated linoleic acid with every meal 6 days a week (on all non re-feed days) and I stay satisfied even when im very low cal...

I hope youre successful bro!
