Hey there people, maybe you can help me on this. I was under the assumption that the creatine syrum (not sure which one, all i know its red and you take 5 drops under the tongue 5 minutes before a workout) was the best form of creatine. But then I read a post saying that it physically cannot contain as much creatine as the powedered form. Now i Live in Australia so I am not sure which brands and so forth of creatine we actually stock but I am wondering which form (and brands if possible) have you guys had most success with? and what results you guys got. Also I have been reading about flax seed oil, what is this spose to do for you?? thanx guys
