feeling horrible this morning and have to go to work... knowing my luck it will be a busy day... I am going to wear a old suit of mine that is beautiful and I have not worn in a long time so hopefully if I get some huge ones today the boys will be more than willing to help... ;)

not really feeling like eating but forcing myself this morning.... but SHADOW I think your right it time to change the program... I was waiting to do so when I went to visit the person that designed my program last time but I don't think that will be happening now... so this is what I am thinking about doing

also FYI we are probably going to try to shoot my playboy stuff at the end of this month so I MUST lean my legs down...

so I am thinking of doing 30-60 min cardio in the morning empty stomach

weights in the afternoon but 2 muscle groups now

then another cardio session at night from 30-60 min depending on how I am feeling....

SHADOW WHAT DO YOU THINK?
like one large muscle group and a smaller one....
