kay people 19% woo hoo weight is 141.2
so that means I lost 4 pounds of fat in two weeks and gained 5 pounds of muscle... INSANE!!!!
Measurements were

subscapular 14
suprailiac 14

no idea how they got 19 from that... they added those numbers together asked me my age and then told me the number... same method as last time but I don't know how accurate it is... my old trainer used a machine with electrodes etc... so not really sure...

I LOVE PRIMO!!! okay so I am dropping the var now because I don't think I need it anymore... and my liver could use the break... I also started taking liv 52 today to help my liver out...

THE ROAD to 12% is so far but yet so CLOSE woo hooo.... someone is in TROUBLE heehee

I want to say this to the newbies reading my POST... PLEASE DON'T try to follow my program!!! I have been weight training since I was 14 and also been VERY active in all sorts of sports all my life... this progression is YEARS in the making!! I do not recommend that anyone take ANY steroids or anything of that sort unless you also have YEARS of experience and either know a LOT about them or have a LOT of guidance!! My diet is an EXTREME cutting diet and I also do not recommend it to ANYONE!! I had a eating disorder for years and I am not able to digest REAL food properly so you will see that I drink a lot of my meals and I do not recommend that for healthy normal people at all.. SHADOW is the EXPERT in the diet area and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you follow what he says!!!

don't worry I will hopefully be switching up the weight routine soon... I have changed a few of the exercises and changed the order but some different stuff with diet and training will be in order soon...

on a really happy note I added in this dietary supplement yesterday.. called Polyglycoplex... It has been through extensive clinical and laboratory research at the university of toronto...
