Check in week 3

Another good week, feeling stronger in the gym and just overall better. Really liking this look at the moment but keen to start this mini cut come Saturday to see what we can push our body to look like.

Will implement some retatrutide next week too so eager to see how that goes.

Cals stay the same this week, feeling a little hungry but nothing terrible. Motivation and consistency are through the roof right now and just trying to tick every box each day to keep getting better.

Have dropped roughly 400 cals on training days from this week forward as we enter a little mini cut phase, eager to see what we can produce. Have also implemented some retatrutide into the stack now. So hopefully that kicks in within the next couple weeks.
