to I had a rough few days.. I didn't sleep saturday or sunday night but crashed yesterday so I am feeling better... I didn't eat so I am not going to bother with the measurements for this week because I know I have lost some muscle etc... So its time to suck it up and move on... Life is to short...

so this morning I am trying something new

I went through the canyon by my house it was beautiful!!!

okay so this is what I have come up for a new training routine..

30-60 min cardio in the morning before breakfast

afternoon weights

day1. hams/shoulders
day2. back/ bicep
day3. quads/triceps
day4. chest/calve/abs

also I am going to go back to supersetting... I like this better because it keeps my heart up....


30-60 min cardio at night

I am going to start on day 3 today because it should be my quad day.. what do you ladies and shadow think?

I haven't sweated this much since I was on the clen...

Today is a pivotal day for me!!! I broke my 140 barrier!! WOOO HOOO

this morning I was looking for a clean pair of pants to wear.. All my newer stuff is dirty… So I tried on some pants that I wore probably just over a week ago… And the drawstrings wont go small enough without my butt hanging out..

so I look at the dreaded short drawer and think… “am I ready?” I have a MAJOR thing with my legs… Well I braved it and tried a pair on and went and looked in the mirror… I ACTUALLY SEE definition in my quads.. Holy cow I am so excited at this point..

My knees are bothering me a bit this morning from running on the pavement so I decided to go use the elliptical this morning… And I couldn't resist the urge to weight myself because I knew I had to be lighter… WOO HOO I was so excited I almost squealed on the scale… heehee

I will get my bf checked on moday I bet its under 17%…. Woo hoo everyone have a wonderful DAY!!!

It is important to NOT get discouraged if that number fluctuates girl... you are doing Very Good...Keep up the hard work!

So I am coming home from the gym right and this dude pulls up beside me at a red light… My windows are down and he yells over to me.. “nice car” heehee he is in the total rice burner… (I can say that because I used to have one) heehee…. I say thanks and I guess trying to make conversation he says “what do you have under the hood like a 6 banger right” I say no 8 cylinders… And I am feeling a little chicky so I say “but I know how to drive so I would only need 4 cyclinder like you.” Heehee he says really okay lets go at the light…. Or something to that effect… heehee I SMOKED HIM!!! Woo hooo I love putting little boys in there place… heehee
