How many of y'all subscribe to this idea?
As i learn more about nutrition (from a BB stand-point) it seems that you eat in this order:
1.) protien
2.) fats (good of course)
3.) carbs.
Meals are eaten this way not for any real digestion purposes (although i have read a few like that) but more for getting your protien in first to help build muscle then your good fats and finish with carbs if your still hungry. Carbs then are stopped being taken in by 5-7 pm or so.
Thoughts?!
