Title basically says it. I am just curious. I eat some fat-free cottage cheese almost everyday because I have heard many speak of how good it is to have in your system overnight because of the Casein protein. If I am trying to lower BF should I cut it? Also, what about diet soda? Usually on days I do HIIT I crave diet soda so I may have one or two. This bad to do?

Fat-Free CC and some fresh fruit has been an almost everyday snack for me for a LONG time. Luckily I havne't gotten (too) sick of it. Just watch your overall calories and keep them proportional to your goals. I give Fat-Free cottage cheese the thumbs up.
