I knew this was coming. Next it'll be "take 2 months off". My ulnar nerve is f'd up, so the right side of my hand goes tingly/numb sometimes. This got me back into the chiropractor and starting my first treatment ever. We both think my doing skullcrushers f'd it up. He tells me to lower the weights on all my exercises today. I don't do skulls anymore.
Now, I'm not lowering shit. Yeah, any movement of my elbow is putting pressure on it, but the two worst ones are narrow grip bench and dips. So on these two exercises, what if I limit the ROM by going 2/3 of the way down that I used to? Will my tris still get a good work, or should I not even bother?
