Hey just posting up my diet see what some people think of it, for myself I think it's pretty good well here it is...

1st whey protein with milk plus oats

2end tuna with broccoli and apple just bout an hour or so before workout

Pre workout supp with glutamine

3rd whey protein with simple sugars in shake also with glutamine plus creatine

4th brown rice with chicken and broccoli or snow peas

5th kangaroo steak with broccoli or snow peas

6th normally whey Protein shake with milk plus glutamine sometimes have seven meals depends how early im up.

Also taking animal pak
Fish oil caps
Flax seed oil caps
Vitamin c d

Just a rundown of my diet what do you guys/ladies think...
 
Well I'm 22 190 pounds been training for 3 years 1 and a half years with the right food, I'm looking to gain muscle pretty much and not to add alot if body fat.
 
From what I can see you're not eating enough. Don't rely on shakes to meet your protein switch that out with real proteins like chicken, fish, or red meat. Also add more carbs in at your meals. More rice,potatos, sweet potatos, and start eating a cup of cottage cheese before bed too, and use milk when making your shakes
 
Also I'm wondering if I should have bout 4 solid meals? And to add maybe an other cup of brown rice or sweet potato to an other meal an adding cottage cheese at night ....
