I know the best time to do cardio is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This is not possible for me because the gym does not open early enough. Will the results of my cardio be drastically different if I do it in the evening. Also which is better, other than first thing in the morning, early evening or closer to when I go to sleep? If all else fails I guess I could go to another gym, however I like where I am going. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
