Hi Ladies (& Gents!),
I'm teaching an aerobics class tonight at 6:30, then again tomorrow at 6AM, but since I took a vacation day from work tomorrow, I offered to fill in for someone else with another class at 9:30.
Then I got an e-mail from a very good friend in dire need of a substitute for a 12:30 BodyPump class [muscular endurance training]!!!!
We are basically required to work HARD when we teach... if we aren't giving 110%, how can we expect the members in class to give 100% & be motivating to them? Besides, I have more fun when I work hard & get my HR WAY UP & run & jump around like a nut. So these classes will be fairly intense cardio for me.
So my question is this... how do I eat to prepare for a mini-aerobics- teaching marathon? Do I eat carbs tonight to be ready for tomorrow?
Thanks!
p.s. I don't do this many classes very often!
