Stretch the full range of motion slowly, I do 75 reps, as many as possible on the way to 75, wait 5 secs for the burn to subside slightly, then go again. Towards the end you should only be getting 2-4 reps before you have to stop & rest for 5 secs. I can barely walk afterwards. So its usually like 20 reps, then 15, then 10, then 7, etc...until I hit 75 reps. I do these on the leg press. One of the most painful exercises imo
