2 weeks ago i finished a 14 week cycle
1-14 1000mg sustanon 250 pw
1-8 deca 600mg pw
1-6 50mg dinabol per day..
with 20mg of priviorn each day to provent bloat...

starting weight was 195 and im now around 242 with minimal water retention..
tomorrow i would be due to start pct as my last injection was 2 weeks ago today..
i am going to run a 12 week cutting cycle...looking something similar to this
1-6 sust 300mg per week
1-10 100mg tren acetate eod
5-6 clen 120mg per day
6-9 t3 - 1st week 50mg, 2nd week 75, 3rd week 50, 4th week 25mg each day
7-10: 40mg stanazol per day.
9-10- clen 140mc per day
diet as of tomorrow
meal 1: oats with water, banana shake PWO
meal 2: 200grms chicken w 200grams green beans, half cup brown rice
meal 3: 200grms chicken w 200grams green beans
meal 4: 200grms chicken w 200grams green beans
meal 5: shake pwo with bccas
meal 6: lean beef 200gms with greens 200grms.
meal 7: shake before bed.
Hopefully by then end of it i have retained majority of my gains, if not put on a few more pound of lean muscle and should drop the bodyfat by quite a bit..
should i do pct now for 2-3 weeks then cut, or go straight onto my cutting cycle? also would like opinions on course...
stats are 6'3 (191cm), 242lbs, bodyfat percentage im guessing is around 15-17% .. bit around stomach and hips..
