So, I'm interested to limit dairy as much as possible - mainly because of the hormones in milk/whey protein etc - bad for acne, hair loss etc...
What are good alternatives - I'm looking into buying organic whey protein which should hopefully solve this problem but what else is good?
It's hard to get enough egg whites to make it worthwhile. I've recently started eating a lot of canned mackerel...
