hey guys, i wanted to hear your thoughts on cutting on limited funds after a bulk. we all know its easy to bulk, but cutting can be tricky without the right food. here is my current diet:

meal 1-coffee with low fat milk

meal 2-can of tuna, glass of milk(post cardio)

meal 3-lean meat and small portion of carbs like pasta or potatoes or rice

meal 4- salad or veggies, meat of some kind, fatty sometimes to keep me from getting hungry at night

meal 5- usually the same as meal 4

im 255 and all natural, about 15% with visible abs

I see a few problems but Dylan might read this and help tons! I do think you need to drop the milk, pasta, rice. Dylan busted me on my milk intake and it totally changed my cutting. I hope you're not putting dressings on that salad either. Lastly, I went through the hungry at bedtime problem and started drinking water before bed to fill up and keeping a pre mixed protien shake in the fridge I case I got hungry in the middle of the night. Hope this helps but others with a lot more experience than me can help you even more. I'm on a budget too so I understand. You have to be creative!
 
Have you thought of giving IF a try? I have had some great results, my wife too. I also agree with w/ Soul...cut the dairy and carbs.
