hey guys, i wanted to hear your thoughts on cutting on limited funds after a bulk. we all know its easy to bulk, but cutting can be tricky without the right food. here is my current diet:
meal 1-coffee with low fat milk
meal 2-can of tuna, glass of milk(post cardio)
meal 3-lean meat and small portion of carbs like pasta or potatoes or rice
meal 4- salad or veggies, meat of some kind, fatty sometimes to keep me from getting hungry at night
meal 5- usually the same as meal 4
im 255 and all natural, about 15% with visible abs
