Bigger Arms From Eliminating Arm Work

Anyone here noticed a surge in their arm growth from eliminating arm work (bi curls, skull crushers, ect) and just sticking to compound movements like deads and benches? I do arm work (3 sets each, 2 excercises) for my arms on their own day and they arent doing jack.

The only way I could forsee your arms growing from eliminating all direct arm work would be if you were overtraining them. In which case if doing compound movements seem to work. I would go back to arm work at a lower volume and take some time off of lifting, especially for your arms, every once in a while.

Bench, deads and pull ups are all you need. they work all the muscles in the arms

Some people see major growth when they cut back on their arm training.......but thats mostly because they over train them.

Give cutting back ago for a couple of months and see what happens

What workz best for me is to have a exclusive BI-TRI day with 8-9 days rest inbetween.

Doing heavy compound exercises on the other days will keep them full and when i finally work m directly they are nearly always shocked!

Another advantage of less direct arm work is that your arms are not too sore for a really heavy back/pec workout...

Agreed stick to compund movements such as rows, deads, squats, bench, presses, rows, chins and you will grow.

You might also wanna try negative chins
