Lately I have been reading a lot of controversial articles on workout routines to cut and routines to bulk so I figured this would be a great discussion topic along with giving everyone the chance to see what works for the majority of people. Biggest controversies I noticed was use high rep low weight to cut, others say just clean diet with extra cardio. Also to bulk, less cardio heavier weights and clean day just more of everything. What are all you bro's opinions?
