Well, at least one of them...:)

I'm not really into keeping my stats but I have made some decent gains lately and I thought I would see where I was at. To my surprise, my right arm was just a hair over 18 (had to measure twice) and my left was about 17.75"

A big level for me to get to, 15" when I started a whopping 13 years ago. Man that's a lot of curls! (That's me curling in my avatar)

Anyways, just wanted to share...keep pumping!

Good work, my friend. I remember having 17+ before my hiatus with bis outdoing tris... my tris have since grown. I am showing solid arms now, looking about 18, but been too lazy to measure. :)

Worked biceps for the first time in months today..haha...probably 6 months or more.

You've pissed me off now Jake.

I never could get mine over 17 cold when I was your age. They are sitting at 16.5 now. I'm building some very specific machines in my garage that fit like a shoe to increase the size of different muscle groups.

Good work though. I'm envious. With your bone structure and height you'll probably hit at least a 20 eventually.

And tell your dad to get back to work and stop chasing the gators around.

Way to go man! That's wicked! I have only just started lifting again and my arms are pretty small. I'm curling 30 lbs an arm right now. What do you curl? And what is your training regime on arms day?

thanks and congrats on your acheivement!

thanks man. actually, I have backed WAY off on arms lately and they have grown. whats that tell ya? The more experience I get in this sport the more I learn that less is better.

as far as poundages, I usually only go up to 125-135 for curls. I have a buddy that has 20" arms cold and ripped that never goes over 100 pounds and only trains arms for like two sets. GREAT arm genetics

casey viator - you know who I am talking about?
