I have recently been hooked on this stuff, it's Chobani yogurt. It's greek yogurt in low and non-fat. It has between 14-18 grams of protein per serving and only 100-130 cals. Tastes better than any yogurt that I have ever had and high in protein. What more could you ask for. If you haven't had it yet try it, you'll be glad you did. Perfect for dieting and cutting as a snack.
