Any Instructional Sites out there?

Posting for my GF. she is doing amazing. diet is great, i think she looks amazing as she is right now.

but she wants to exercise more.

she really liked the swiss ball.

does anyone have any workout related swiss ball excercises.

She does freeweights with me and such, but today she wants to go easy at the gym, so shes looking for exercises.
