Any Help With Diet?

Thanks guys! Just a few more quick questions. I was told not to have any carbs after 6pm, im assuming PWO would be an exception here yes? Because on the early shift i wont get out of the gym until about 9:15pm and between then and when i wake up next day seems quite a while. There were a couple more questions, but i forgot them as i was typing, so ill post when i remember.

EDIT: I remember one of them! After my workout, what cardio should i be doing and for how long? Low intensity or High intensity? HiiT ill keep for cardio only days, there's no way im gonna manage that after a normal workout!

Just thought id give a little update. Im nearly 4 weeks into the diet, and im down to 13st 9lb (192 lbs/87 kg)Im seeing the change gradually, like veins becoming more obvious, better defintion all over. The plan was to get down to 82kg after 12 weeks of dieting. But at the current rate im going, i could well do alot better then that, which lets face it, isn't exactly a bad thing! Im going to the gym 4 times a week. Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri. Shoulders, Chest, Tri's and core on M and Th and Legs, Back and Bi's on Tu and Fri. On a good day, ill do about 1:30hr of cardio afterwards, on a bad day its about 45 - 50 minutes. I think alot of it is down to BCAA's @ 10g pre 10g peri 10g post. Along with a few other supps too. The food can get a bit boring, but i know itll be worth it. The hardest part is the weekends. During the week i have a schedule, what with work and what not. But at home on the weekends, there's food in the cupboards i cant touch, but knowing they're there i can't help but snack. Im gonna start boiling eggs 15 at a time and leave them in the fridge to snack on if the urge overcomes me.

So all in all, its going pretty well considering this time last year i was nearly 19st! :) Getting some strength gains too.
