Advice Please- Endurance athlete wondering if this meal is ok while cutting weight

First off here is how I'm training right now.. I'm getting ready to do triathalons next year so i'm really concentrating on endurance sports (cycling, running, swimming) BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY LOSING BODY FAT. Here's my training plan as of right now..

Mon, Wed, Fri: 5am

5x5 Workout for core strength (Squats, Deads, Bench, Press, dips, rows, etc.)

Immediately after I lift, I have a protein shake (25g protein) mixed with 1/2 cup of oats.

Then school til about 3pm: Endurance training @ 3:30pm ( 2 hours of cycling, running, or swimming.. etc..)

Anyways, my question is, is the following meal ok (while trying to lose bodyfat) ONE HOUR after i'm done lifting mon, wed, fri 5am lifting session??:

2oz whole wheat Angel hair pasta
4 oz. extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup ORGANIC roasted garlic sauce

Yields~~~
35g protein
48 grams Carbs (7 grams fiber)
10 grams of fat
Macros: carbs/protein/fat------ 42/36/22

I'm trying to replenish my muscles with carbs after 5am workout, so is this meal OK while trying to CUT BODYFAT??

Stats:
6'6"
254lbs
~~25-28% bodyfat..

Goal is to be down to around 15% by June First.... Thanks for taking the time to read and help me out with the advice...

By the way I'm aiming for about a 45/35/20 carb/protein/fat ratio while trying to get around 2500-2700 cals/day for cutting bodyfat..

Again any advice on any part of my diet is welcome
thanks again!!

With that amount of cardio, I would think you are going to lose the weight.

I know endurance athletes need to keep carbs high, pasta is fine, is the angel hair pasta whole wheat?

You may also want to try out spelt, kamut or buckwheat pasta/soba noodles.

One word of caution, just because something says it is organic, does not mean it is ok.

A lot of the healthy hippy food has stacks of sugar in it (I guess they think organic brown cane sugar is still organic and a natural thing).

ALWAYS read the ingredients.

I think as long as you stick to 'clean' carbs, so no refined sugars, white flour, the cardio will be enough to burn off the fat.

I would look into carb tapering, which is reducing the starchy carbs in your evening meals, just having fibrous veggies. This is also a good time to get in more of your healthy fats.

Also, make sure there are veggies in your meals, they do provide for the satisfaction and fullness that often goes missing when people are training hard and dieting.

I would recommend you take a look at the e-book Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.
