I did a light ab workout (3 exercises at 2 sets of 20) about 45 minutes before bed. I am going to eat before bed, a carb fat and protein meal including eggs, whey, yogurt, flax, cottage cheese, Blueberries, Brown Rice. It sounds like a lot but that's not the point of this thread.
I was wondering if I needed a dextrose + Whey drink after the abs. It was only bodyweight exercises and no plates or anything. Does anyone have an opinion or an answer. Thank you.
