I've currently begun Crum's diet program, while in my 4th week of the old School 3 day a week program.
My main reason for doing crum's diet is so i can get my abs visible, and without much ab excercise, I don't think they'll be as visible as they could be. SO, anyone have any suggestions to how I should add in some ab training into my workout?
Monday
Deadlifts 1 max set of 20.
Overhead Press - 5 sets of 5
Squats - 5 sets of 3
Wednesday
Barbell Rows - 5 sets of 5
Bench Press - 5 sets of 5
Deadlifts - 1 set of 20
Friday
Shrugs - 5 sets of 5
Barbell Curls - 5 sets of 5
Dips - 5 sets of 5
Squats - 5 sets of 5 with weight from Monday
Where, and WHAT can I add into there to strengthen my abs? Oh yeah, I'm using home gym, so i don't have any of that nifty equipment. Just the basics.
