1st thing, preworkout, postw/o, and before bed. What are your 4 meals of choice? Some say pre and post are overrated, I beg to difer..........

Also, when do you train and how close to bed is your finale?

1ST AFTER AM CARDIO: 3/4 CUP OATS, 1/2 CAN TUNA, SCOOP OF WHEY

PRE-APPLE, FEW BERRIES, 1/2 CUP SKIM, COFFEE, 250G OF DRYCURD COTTAGE CHEESE

POST 6 RICE CAKES, 55G OF WHEY

BED: (10 MINUTES BEFORE BRUSHING TEETH)
30-40 PEANUTS, 250G COTTAGE CHEESE, 32 OZ SKIM/EGG WHITE CASEIN SHAKE.........

when you are in a calorie surplus and bulking, calorie timing ain't that big of an issue.

while dieting it most certainly is. in which case breakfast, and PWO are most important.

I say breakfast bc you gotta start somewhere and should start it off right. Then i'd say post workout, but otherwise as long as you have a good diet the rest is pretty much simple math, calories in versus calories out. The rest of my day i space my meals out and follow the math, depending on my goals.

Nice pintoca, hitting up the most important meals together, I like that...I think bedtime is important, I have muscle milk and make 12 ounces skim-4ounces water, and have at it...32 oucnes jkurz1? how many minutes before bed? just seems heavy to me, but all that caseine is good i bet...also, is the egg protein slow absorbing also? thanks.

What should I do if I work out at 5:30 am. I am taking CEE pills, and it says to take on empty stomach before my workout. Should I eat a breakfast anyways?

what is the least amount of carbs, protien etc I should take in before a workout? And what has training on an empty stomach been doing. How much has it been holding me back?

As soon as I can after getting up I usually have 3/4 cup of steel-cut oats in half skim/water, scrambled eggs, mixed berries, and an orange/banana.

About 1 - 1.5 hrs pre-workout I usually have a can of tuna with some tomatoes and 1 cup of brown rice.

Immediately post-workout I have a shake of 35g of whey isolate and 70g of dextrose/maltodextrin mixed in water.

Before bed I have 200g of 1% cottage cheese, some casein powder, ANPB and a TBSP of flax oil/meal.

Then again, what would I know? I'm only 155lbs.
