the way we train lends it self to significant calorie burn
its possible he indeed dropped more fat but I think alot of it is muscle coming through in bold relief.

yes he must of dropped Bf because the more lean muscle mass you have the more fat you will burn, especially in the places where he put the muscle on.

also probably a stupid question but when the young man wears a t shirt can you see his delts and chest through it lol

His arms are Permanently larger after our training.

His chest when pumped breaks through his shirt..

On our journey he took about 10 steps forward and has only lost about 20% of his size

that was 3 months ago or so.:)

So as you can see Natty or Not Natty he KEPT his gains and most imprtant HIS LOOK;)

im in on it, he made great gains. looking at the pic we have about the same mass build when he started. id love too put on the rest in that short of time.
i get married in feb. and would like to put on as much as pos in the next 4 months
