because he's responsible for it as he is for all his products and everything he promotes, which brings a certain level of higher quality of "adivce" then someone who would offer it freely, don't you think?

Yea but your posts came across as if you think what he is doing is wrong and you want it for free. as he has said manytimes his goal was not to write a book when he was doing this. Since the demand is there he is going to do it. You can say there is nothing wrong with but you are giving a back handed compliment.
