Should I decrease the reps and keep the same sets per movement?
Or should I decrease the sets per movement and keep the same number of reps?
If yes to either can I increase weights?
I thank everyone for the kind words and the massive amounts of knowledge/tinkering with my set up on the cycle I just finished!
I really want to do a bulk cycle after chilling out for a bit, so please check and advise when and what I should run/ how long I should wait.
