This morning was back day day and a lot of fun.
Rack Pull: 135x12 225x10 275x8 305x3(grip was slipping)
Seated row: 180x12 165x12 150x12
Plate loaded lat pulldown: 220x12 200x12 180x12
Close grip pulldown: 135x12 135x12 135x12
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 100x15 100x15
Today I made a very strong effort at slowing down the reps on all movements, especially the rows and it felt amazing. Had a lot of fun this morning.
