OK...for some reason i doubt like evrything i do unless i get someone elses approval....thats why i post like a zillion questions so i apologize for that...
i am trying to lean out and i think i need a new training split.....right now i am doing a full body workout every other day 3 times a week.....i wanna get a good split going to allow me to work each body part more intensly.....
my diet consists of this:
meal 1: 1/2 cup irish oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey
meal 2: 1/2 whole wheat pit w tuna
meal 3: 1/2 c cottage cheese 1/2 green apple
meal 4: triple threat shake
meal 5: chicken salad..(chicken, mayo, celery) and possibly a green salad
meal 6: whey protein shake
Any advice would be much appreciated.....
