I start with 2 caps twice a day the first week and up the doses to 3 times 2 caps a day the weeks there after. I take weekends of to give my body a break. Some people will also say that your body won't get accustomed to the ingredients and in this way (5 on - 2 off) provide more fatloss. Don't know if this is true though.
But as mandy said, people react very different to the ephedrine and caffein. To be safe, start with the minimum doses.
