Hey ladies, I just have gone back to the gym since my major liver surgery back in November. Ill be posting my diet in another thread but I do need help on a workout split/routine which days to work out what with etc. Ill be hitting the gym 4 days a week along with 30 min on EFX machine. Im 5'1 108 lbs unsure of bodyfat % will know by tomm. Main goals are to get lean and toned.
