i am natural for now and my best deadlift is 455 for 3 reps. i have a lower back defect and i think that much is too heavy . my lower back doesnt hurt when doing it, but it feels funny or weak or something.
so does anybody have any good ideas about how to keep overloading my hamstrings without adding weight.
also if my back didnt give out on the third rep i am sure my grip would. even with good straps it is painful and impossible for me to hang on any longer 30 seconds.
what will happen when i do my first cycle? will my muscles require more weight for stimulation or will they grow from just tripling or quadrupling the reps[ 450 X 12 reps].
will my forearms get strong enuff to hang on that long?
