IT'S FUNNY AFTER ALL THIS i LEARNED THAT THE BEST WAY TO DO CARDIO IS NOT TO WHEN YOUR ON A MASS CYCLE SEEMS THAT BEING A MESOMORPH REALLY HELPS ME KEEP LEAN BUT IT MAKES FOR HELL WHEN YOU HAVE TO KICK ASS ON THE DIET SIDE OR THINGS . Seems my doc thinks me doing the treadmill is nuts but to tell the truth it was the first thing they got me on after reattaching my leg! So to make the swim harder I was thinking about using a wet suit cause with the heated pool it will burn more and give me some pretty decent workout sweat . I liken it to being in a sauna and swimming at the same time! Either way I am sure the swimming will most likely be the best. I get pumps pretty quickly with the arm/back/shoulder workout so far so I just want to keep the fat down cause of having to use so much insulin it puts the weight on my abs but I rather swim and burn it off then walk or ride and just sweat a little when I can enjoy a all out lipo stium kinda feelings and heat rush. That's right I need to piuck up some of that maybe dren either one should do the job and help my abs come in before the summer months! I just want to thank everyone who helpped out on this thread and all the good advice!
