Trying to cut and have been unsuccessfull.
Stat's: 5'11" / 200lb / 15 %bf / yr training 10+

AVG Day:
7 am: HIIT(monwedfri) 1-2 miles jog (tues,thurs,sat)
8 am: 1 cup oatmeal w/ skim milk
2 serv whey
10am: Grilled Chicken salad w/ fat free dressing
12/1: 2 chicken breasts
1 serv green beans
2/3: 1 serv whey
1 can tuna (low sodium albacore)
Yogurt
5/6: Lift (5 day split) Chest, Back, legs, Shoulder, Arms (mon-fri)
PW(6/7): 2 serving whey
8/9: Steak (eye round cut extra lean)
1 Yam, green beans, etc...

Note: (A)lifts are all 8-10 reps and legs are 10-12
(B) 1 gallon water daily, multivitamin, etc...
*I haven't lost a single pound and i've had trainers,bbuilders, and my nutritionist set this up and hasn't worked in 3/4 months now. I've officialy given it an honest shot without cheating, so let me know what i'm doing wrong. The diet is at roughly 1800-2200 cals a day (fluctuating on purpose), with 1 gr./lb of protein.
*So what do you guys think? I'm open for suggestions; Thanks in advance.
